NMHC was created in 1998 through a joint effort between USDA – Rural Development and MMCDC. We were created as a cooperative to partner together and build affordable, yet sustainable housing throughout Northwest Minnesota.  The ultimate goal would be that this template can be used throughout the United States.

We specialize in Crookston & Thief River Falls housing, but can build anywhere in Northwest Minnesota!
